Researchers from Venezuela have discovered two strains of bacteria which are the key to producing fart-free beans.  This is truly a great discovery but it seems a little wrong to play God with the bean.

Four pelicans suspected of being drunk on sea algae were being tested at a Southern California wildlife center Saturday after one of them crashed headlong into a car.

Scientists say they have discovered part of the skeleton of a dodo, the large, flightless bird which became extinct more than 300 years ago.
