Slashdot and PC World are both reporting that GoDaddy was unprepared for the change in day light savings time. All of my sites are hosted by GoDaddy and steinbring.net was unreachable for a while earlier today. GoDaddy has always been great about everything since I switched to them. I’m kinda surprised that they weren’t more prepared.

It’s nice to see a company that knows how to properly pimp their product.

This is kinda interesting. Drawball is a site where there is a huge canvas for the general web public to draw anything they want but everyone is limited in the amount they can draw per day so, groups have to work as a team to draw anything substantial. I was unable to successfully figure out how to draw on the ball (probably just me) but I did find their playback page kinda cool. It illustrates the evolution of the ball.

The smith project is a free, open source, ColdFusion server. This is especially interesting to me since I recently started a job as the ColdFusion developer for the UW-Milwaukee, College of Letters and Science.
The site seems to be getting kinda hammered at the moment, so I decided to mirror both the linux version and the windows version.
