In sworn testimony, Ms Dunn sought to deflect blame for the scandal, argung that she had relied on members of HP management team, including Mark Hurd, chief excecutive, and Ann Baskins, who resigned as general counsel on Thursday, to guide the tactics used by investigators hunting for the source of press leaks inside the company’s board.
Her comments came as Mr Hurd prepared to offer his own testimony before members of the House Committee. Ms Baskins and several others involved in the leak probe declined to testify, citing their fifth amendment rights against self-incrimination.

I hope LimeWire wins but I doubt it will. The RIAA is just too powerful.
A much more interesting line of defence is LimeWire’s attack against the music industry. It says the case is “part of a much larger conspiracy to destroy all innovation that content owners cannot control and that disrupts their historical business models”. The RIAA and its members are using the law for anti-competitive means, not to control piracy, LimeWire charges.
Online music distribution, is it notes, a disruptive business model for the music majors, which are “using the exclusivity rights inherent in their copyrights - that they deployed with a vengeance, by unlawfully extending and pooling those] to cartelize the network for the online distribution of music… They also pooled their huge monetary resources to combat and eventually defeat many of their online competitors.”

Jim Sensenbrenner and others are listening to our concerns about what is important in life. Screw working on unimportant issues like domestic spying, net neutrality, or Iraq! The government is attacking the heated issue of cockfighting! I can’t wait till the next election.
The bill targets trade from Southeast Asia, where cockfighting is suspected of spreading bird flu from chickens to humans. The measure would increase penalties for transporting fighting birds across state lines and from other countries.

It’s got a slight Russian style to it but it’s definitely heavily inspired by the hummer.
It is equipped with American Cummins B-180 engine, with 5.9 volume, with this one resembling Hummer even more.
Even with such an engine it’s maximum speed is claimed to be only 65 mp/h.
